The Christian Health Association Sierra Leone (CHASL) and the Rainbo Initiative (RI) on 14th October 2025, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at the Rainbo Initiative Head Office in Hill Station, Freetown.
This MOU establishes a framework for cooperation between the two organizations in the provision of Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) services. It also formalizes their partnership and strengthens collaboration to prevent and respond to issues of SGBV across Sierra Leone.
Both organizations share a common mission to promote quality healthcare and social protection for vulnerable groups. Through this partnership, CHASL and RI commit to working together in areas of mutual concern to enhance effective response mechanisms and provide comprehensive care and support to SGBV survivors.
The collaboration further aims to leverage future opportunities, including joint resource mobilization, to address existing gaps and improve access to quality services for survivors of SGBV nationwide.
